Shipping & Returns
We strive to make your shopping experience with us seamless, satisfying and exciting. When placing an order with us, please know that we take the utmost care and responsibility in making sure your order is fulfilled quickly, accurately and that you’re completely happy.
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that your order has been received and is processing. As soon as we receive your order, we make sure that the item(s) you ordered are in stock and ready for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you and let you know. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and the charges are processed, your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within seven business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors with the shipping address will cause delays in transit times, lost or returned orders. We will not reship the order until we receive the original order back.
We know that returns are part of shopping. Your satisfaction and happiness is our top priority, so even though you may need to return an order from time to time, we’re still committed to providing you with the best customer service and care. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read below to find out about our process and conditions.
Cancellations & Order Changes:
Once an order is placed, the gears start to move and it begins processing. If you realize that you placed the order by mistake, changed your mind or there is any other reason that you want to cancel the order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once an order leaves the warehouse, we cannot stop it. It will have to be delivered, then returned and all associated fees will be incurred by the customer.
If you change your mind after placing an order and want to change your order, we will try our best to accommodate your request. If the order is past the point of change, you are subject to the same terms as a cancelled order (above). Please be sure to review your order before purchasing.
Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Special Order items built to customer specifications are not returnable.
Please contact us for a return authorization (RMA). Do not send back your order to the return address on the box before contacting us. It will not be accepted for return. No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization and a valid return authorization number. Please contact us at email@example.com for an RMA number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
A 25% restocking fee will be incurred, no refund on shipping charges and customer is responsible for return shipping. All credits or refunds are issued upon return and inspection of received merchandise. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for products returned to us damaged. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus any applicable fees), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it by taking a picture when accepting delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue an insurance claim on your behalf.
If merchandise arrives damaged, missing parts, different from what you order or there is something wrong with it, please note the issue, take a picture and contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
