Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from School Districts, Public Schools, Charter Schools, Women/Infant/Children (WIC) programs, Head Starts, Universities, Hospitals, Pediatric Clinics, Military, Libraries, Government Agencies and other organizations within the United States. You may use your organization’s purchase order forms or contact us and we will be happy to provide one to you.

Once you have completed your purchase order, email it to us at info@sevensensorytoys.com. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. If you need our W-9, contact us at the email above to request it.

We accept payments by Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer/EFT/Wire or check.

Tax-exempt orders

Most schools, districts, Head Starts and many nonprofits don't pay sales tax. Here's how to make sure you aren't charged:

• Ordering by purchase order or quote: include a copy of your tax-exempt certificate (or resale/exemption form for your state) with your PO. We'll leave tax off your invoice.
• Ordering online by card: email your certificate to info@sevensensorytoys.com before you check out, along with the email address you'll order with. We'll mark your account tax-exempt (usually within one business day), and tax will be removed automatically when you sign in with that email at checkout.
• Already paid tax on an exempt order? Send us your certificate and order number and we'll refund the tax.

We keep your certificate on file, so future orders from your account are tax-exempt too.
